What is the ruling on the ghaṭwah that covers the face and is light around the eyes, allowing for clear vision, and is sewn so that it cannot be removed? Is it considered part of the niqāb that is prohibited during iḥrām?

A woman in a state of ihram is prohibited from wearing the niqab, and the ghitwa (face veil) that covers the face with a thin fabric falls under the same ruling as the niqab.
