Is it permissible to hold the Friday prayer and repeat it in groups for prisoners whose number exceeds 150?

The number mentioned is sufficient for establishing Jumu'ah (Friday prayer), and they must pray as one congregation. If the space is too small, they should pray in the surrounding streets. It is not permissible to establish Jumu'ah in two mosques within the same town unless there is a need, and this is prohibited in a single mosque even more so. Re-establishing Jumu'ah after it has been performed is not prescribed.
