What is the ruling on seclusion with a woman who has a sealed (ratqa') vagina, with only the urinary tract present?

Solitude with a non-mahram woman is forbidden by scholarly consensus, based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "No man is alone with a woman but Satan is the third of them." Satan comes with whispers and arouses desires, and the prohibition is for حرمة (prohibition). The woman who is a virgin is not excluded from this prohibition.
