The answer

The palm tree is a blessed tree, and its benefits are continuous and lasting. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, likened it to a Muslim due to its blessings and widespread benefit in all its parts and states. Therefore, naming a girl "Nakhla" (palm tree) is not among the bad or forbidden names, and there is no need to change this name unless there is a personal desire to do so.
