Is a divorce that occurred under the threat of scandal counted, and if he divorces her now with her consent, would it be considered the third divorce?

The majority of scholars hold that the divorce pronounced under duress is not valid. They cite as evidence the Hadith: "Indeed, Allah has pardoned for my Ummah their mistakes, their forgetfulness, and what they are forced to do," and the statement of Ibn Abbas: "There is no divorce for one who is coerced." Severe duress, such as threat of death, dismemberment, or brutal beating, is considered coercion, whereas mild duress does not prevent the divorce from taking effect.

The conditions for coercion are: that it comes from one who has the power [to carry out the threat], that it is highly probable that the threat will be carried out, and that the potential harm is significant, such as death or severe beating, and not merely insults, curses, or taking a small amount of money.

Based on this, spreading rumors of "premature ejaculation" is not considered coercion. Therefore, the divorce is valid and counted among the number of divorces.
