Should a man swear an oath after a woman accuses him of indecency and suspects him?

It is not permissible to listen to people's conversations when they dislike it, due to the severe warning mentioned in this regard. It is also not permissible to accuse anyone of indecency without clear proof. If the woman accuses you of indecency without proof, she has no right to make you swear an oath. You may refer her case to the ruler so that he may impose the Hadd punishment for slander upon her, if the conditions are met and proven.
