It is not permissible to deal with the husband regarding this unlawful money by eating or drinking, except in a state of necessity if there is no other lawful money. However, if his money is mixed (lawful and unlawful), then dealing with him is permissible. If the wife has exhausted all means of advising her husband to abandon unlawful earnings and he does not respond, and he does not provide her with lawful money for her sustenance, then she should seek a divorce.
