Can the 'Aqiqah be postponed if it coincides with the mother's death?

If possible, combine the religious duties: supplicate for your mother and seek forgiveness for her, bury her, and slaughter the Aqiqah at its prescribed time. If you are unable, then delegate someone to slaughter it.

If the circumstances are not suitable for celebration, you can distribute the Aqiqah meat to the poor, as inviting people for a meal is not a condition.

The principle is to combine benefits, but if they conflict, the mother's right takes precedence, because it is the duty of the moment, and the Aqiqah can be performed at another time.
