What is the ruling on hesitation regarding marriage and fear of the future, despite numerous offers and the desire to have children?

Young people are advised to hasten marriage, in compliance with the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) recommendation, and because it offers protection, chastity, and stability. Therefore, the sister should accept a suitor of religious commitment and good character, after performing Istikhara (prayer for guidance) and seeking consultation, and after her family investigates the suitor and his family. If he is upright and has a good disposition, she should accept his proposal without hesitation.
