Was the phenomenon of "al-Rāyāt" (banners) and the accusation of adultery against the female Companion Hind known before Islam, or is it a fabrication specific to the Rāfiḍah?

This report is among the fabrications of the Rafidah, and it is found only in their books or in the books of liars, such as the book "Mathalib al-Arab" by Ibn al-Kalbi, who was accused of Shiism and rejectionism, and whose narrations are abandoned. Ibn al-Kalbi did not mention Hind among the "women of the banners" in his book. Adultery among free women in the pre-Islamic era (Jahiliyyah) was rare, especially among the noble women of Mecca. Moreover, Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, Hind bint Utbah, and others rejected adultery even before Islam. Hind said to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, when she pledged allegiance: "Does a free woman commit adultery?!" because adultery in the pre-Islamic era was confined to slave women, not free women.
