Does the reciter say "Allahu Akbar" (God is Greatest) when prostrating for recitation upon lowering and rising, or only upon lowering? And does he recite the Tashahhud or conclude the prayer with the Taslim after it?

One says "Allahu Akbar" when prostrating for the prostration of recitation (sujud at-tilawah) upon descending, but not when rising, as there is no authentic narration to support it. One does not say the tashahhud after the prostration of recitation, nor does one offer the salam from it, because there is no authentic narration from the Prophet (peace be upon him) to support that. However, if the prostration of recitation occurs while one is performing the prayer, then one says "Allahu Akbar" upon descending and upon rising.
