What is the meaning of the following Hadiths: "Leave that which makes you doubt for that which does not make you doubt," and "If you feel no shame, then do as you please," and "Every person starts his day as a vendor of his soul, either freeing it or bringing about its ruin," and "There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm," and "If people were to be given according to their claims, men would claim the wealth and blood of others, but the burden of proof is on the claimant and the oath is on the one who denies," and "Whoever is slowed down by his deeds will not be hastened by his lineage," and "Give the prescribed shares to their rightful recipients, and whatever remains goes to the closest male," and "Suckling prohibits what birth prohibits"?

The prophetic hadiths clarify several meanings: "Leave what makes you doubt for what does not make you doubt" means to abandon what is uncertain for what is clear. "Indeed, among what people have attained from the words of prophethood..." means that people have inherited these words, and "then do as you wish" is a threat to one who has no shame, or a permission for what is not religiously shameful. "Every person goes out in the morning, selling his soul, either freeing it or destroying it" indicates that every human strives, so whoever obeys Allah frees himself, and whoever disobeys Him destroys it. "There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm" prohibits causing harm to oneself or to others. "If people were to be given according to their claims..." necessitates proof from the claimant and an oath from the one who denies, in order to preserve rights. "Whoever is slowed down by his deeds, his lineage will not speed him up" emphasizes that righteous deeds are more important than lineage in attaining high ranks. "Give the shares of inheritance to those who are entitled to them" clarifies how inheritance is divided among the prescribed heirs (Ahl al-Furud) and the residuaries (Asabah). "Suckling prohibits what birth prohibits" means that suckling establishes a prohibition similar to that of lineage in marriage and its consequences, but it does not establish inheritance or maintenance.
