What is the ruling regarding the Hajj of an 80-year-old Palestinian woman who became unable to perform the rituals after her arrival, and is her Hajj valid if she cannot control her urine, or is it better for her to appoint someone to perform Hajj on her behalf?

An incapacitated person who is unable to perform Hajj themselves should appoint someone to perform Hajj on their behalf, and they are not obligated to perform Hajj themselves.

If the aforementioned woman has come to Mecca to perform the obligatory Hajj, and she stood at Arafat, spent the night at Muzdalifah, performed Tawaf al-Ifadah, performed Sa'i, and completed all other obligations, then her Hajj is valid. It does not harm her that she cannot retain urine, because she is excused due to incontinence. Thus, she should perform ablution after the entry of the prayer time, and that suffices her. Purity is not a condition for any of the Hajj rituals except for Tawaf.

If she has not yet performed the rituals and wishes to perform Hajj next year, then if she is incapacitated, she should appoint someone to perform Hajj on her behalf. If she is able to perform Hajj herself, even if riding, then she must perform Hajj herself.
