Is it permissible to place music not exceeding seven seconds at the beginning of Quranic montage videos?

A group of scholars has narrated a consensus on the prohibition of musical instruments and musical entertainment (music). This prohibition becomes more severe and manifest when it is associated with the Qur'an. Therefore, the sounds of musical instruments must be removed from any channel, especially those related to the Qur'an. There is no need for an alternative; one can use a Qur'anic verse, a profound statement, a natural sound, a line of poetry or wisdom, or an appropriate chant.
