What is the authenticity of the hadiths concerning the Mahdi, among which are: "Were there to remain of the age but a single day, Allah would raise a man from my household who would fill it with justice as it has been filled with injustice," and "The world will not come to an end until a man from my household, whose name matches mine, rules the Arabs," and "The Mahdi is from my progeny, from the children of Fatimah," and "A man from my household, whose name matches mine, will succeed"?

It is established that there are several authentic hadiths regarding the Mahdi, among them what was narrated by Ahmad, Tirmidhi, and Abu Dawud that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The world will not end—or will not pass away—until a man from my household, whose name matches my name and whose father's name matches my father's name, rules the Arabs," and his saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "The Mahdi is from my progeny, from the children of Fatimah," and his saying: "If there remained but one day of this world, Allah would extend that day until He sends forth a man from me or from my household, whose name matches my name and whose father's name matches my father's name. He will fill the earth with fairness and justice as it was filled with oppression and tyranny."
