Should we pray the regular Sunnah prayers and the two rak'ahs of Fajr after the second call to prayer (Adhan)? And is this question about matters that Allah has made broad? And when should we not ask questions?

The time for the pre-prayer Sunnah (ratibah) begins with the entry of the prayer time. It is better to engage in repeating the Adhan (call to prayer) and then pray, to gain two virtues, if the Adhan coincides with the beginning of the time. However, if the Adhan is delayed, there is no harm in praying the Sunnah before it. As for the question about knowledge, it is obligatory for a Muslim to learn the rulings of the religion, for worship is not valid without knowledge. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, the scholars are the inheritors of the Prophets. The Prophets did not bequeath dinars or dirhams, but rather they bequeathed knowledge. So whoever acquires it has acquired a great share." And Allah has commanded us to ask the people of remembrance. So do not be ashamed to ask, for "knowledge will not be attained by one who is shy or arrogant." And be sure to observe proper etiquette and respect when asking scholars.
