What is the ruling on repeating the word of divorce after a single, irreversible divorce has occurred prior to consummation, and is its repetition considered one divorce or multiple divorces, and what is the ruling on communication between the spouses after reconciliation and before the new marriage contract?

If a husband divorces his wife with a single pronouncement before consummation or a valid seclusion (khalwa sahiha), she becomes irrevocably separated from him, and no further divorce can be pronounced upon her after that. The woman becomes a stranger to him, and it is not permissible for him to seclude himself with her or speak to her except out of necessity. The matter must be presented to scholars specialized in issuing fatwas.
