Is the fast valid for someone who looked at non-explicit pornographic images and masturbated during the day in the middle of Sha'ban?

Masturbation invalidates the fast if semen is ejaculated. So, whoever masturbates with their hand has committed a forbidden act, but their fast is not invalidated unless ejaculation occurs. If ejaculation occurs, their fast is invalidated. We advise you to fear Allah Almighty, because youth is one of the most important stages of life, and a person will be questioned about it on the Day of Resurrection. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The feet of the son of Adam will not move on the Day of Resurrection from before his Lord until he is asked about five things: about his life and how he spent it, about his youth and how he wore it out, about his wealth - from where he acquired it and in what he spent it, and about what he did with what he knew."
