What is the ruling on someone who entered into a state of ihram for Umrah but was unable to complete it due to an illness, so he exited his state of ihram, and this recurred with him in another Umrah?

The man who entered into a state of ihram for Umrah but did not complete it, then entered into ihram again and did not complete the second one, his second ihram is invalid. He must return to Mecca to complete his first Umrah if he is able to do so. However, if he is unable due to illness or weakness, he is considered to be in the status of one who is prevented [from completing his pilgrimage].
