What is the ruling on opening barbershops for men?

It is permissible to open barbershops under certain conditions: the work must be restricted to cutting only what is permissible to cut, and the haircut should not resemble that of disbelievers or women, and one should not shave part of the hair and leave another part (al-qaza').
