What is the ruling on discussing the wedding night over the phone with a female friend during the daytime in Ramadan?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade the fasting person from obscenity (al-rafath), which includes sexual intercourse and its preliminaries, foul language, and conversation between a man and a woman regarding sexual matters; because it incites desires and leads to forbidden acts or things that invalidate the fast. Its ugliness increases if it is with a foreign woman, as it is forbidden to speak with her in this manner even during normal times due to the temptation it causes. A Muslim must protect their fast from everything that blemishes it or diminishes its perfection.
