What matters strengthen seeking help from Allah and what are their effects?

Among the things that help perfect reliance (tawakkul) are the servant's knowledge of the status of reliance in religion, that Allah is ever-observant of him, recalling the Names and Attributes of the Lord, and studying the biographies of those who relied upon Allah. The fruits of reliance are manifested in obedience to Allah, great reward in the Hereafter, tranquility of heart, and the attainment of what is sought. Allah the Almighty says: "And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him."
