What is the ruling regarding the second wife working in management, given that the husband is financially well-off and has divorced his first wife, who has two daughters, and both wives live in separate residences?

A woman is not permitted to work except with her husband's permission. He has the right to prevent her from working, and she must obey him, unless she stipulated otherwise in the marriage contract. The work must be free of শরعي (Shari'ah-prohibited) aspects, such as displaying adornment (تبرج) and unlawful intermingling (اختلاط محرم), or the work itself being unlawful or assisting in what is unlawful.
