Is the aqiqah slaughtered by a person for his newborn son, while saying at the time of slaughter: "In the name of Allah, Allah is the greatest. O Allah, this is on behalf of Omar the son of Fatimah," permissible or forbidden?

Naming the newborn at the time of sacrificing the aqiqah is legislated, for the Prophet offered aqiqah for Al-Hasan and Al-Husayn, and he said: "Say, 'In the name of Allah, Allah is the greatest. O Allah, this is the aqiqah of so-and-so.'" There is no objection to adding his lineage to him or to his mother.
