Is the imam's saying before the funeral prayer: "The funeral prayer is four takbeers for those deceased Muslims present; after the first takbeer we recite Al-Fatiha, after the second we recite half of the tashahhud, after the third we supplicate for the deceased, and after the fourth we supplicate for Muslims, living and dead, then we make the tasleem, God willing" considered an innovation (bid'ah) because it is not from the Sunnah?
