What is the meaning of the Prophet's saying (peace and blessings be upon him) in Noah's will (peace be upon him): "For it is the prayer of everything and by it the creation is sustained"? And was what he did with the Bedouin an act of foresight?

An Arab Bedouin came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) wearing a Jubbah (cloak) of Sījan (a type of fine cloth) embroidered with brocade. The Prophet (peace be upon him) rebuked him, saying, "Do I not see on you the garment of one who does not reason?" This was because this garment was part of the attire of non-Arabs and was made of silk, which the Prophet (peace be upon him) had forbidden men from wearing. Then the Prophet (peace be upon him) conveyed Noah's وصية (bequest/advice) to his son, which included the command to say "Lā ilāha illā Allāh" (There is no god but Allah) and "Subḥāna Allāh wa bi ḥamdih" (Glory be to Allah and with His praise), and the prohibition of polytheism and arrogance. The meaning of his saying, "Subḥāna Allāh wa bi ḥamdih" is that all creatures glorify Him with His praise. And the meaning of "and by it the creation is sustained" is that glorification (tasbih) purifies Allah from having any partner in sustenance, and gratitude (hamd and shukr) open the doors to sustenance and increase blessings.
