Is it permissible to work on a project to estimate electricity consumption for a court that does not rule by what Allah has revealed?

There is nothing in Islamic law that prevents studying the amount of electricity needed by a conventional court, and there is no forbidden assistance in doing so for its rulings that contravene Sharia.
