Is it permissible to apportion the cost of electricity according to its usage, and is it permissible to price anything below five kilowatts at an equal value considering the rent?

It is permissible for electricity consumers to divide its cost according to each one's consumption, or to agree on a specific price for a fixed number of kilowatts, provided that this is by mutual consent, due to the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, do not consume one another's wealth unjustly but only [in lawful] business by mutual consent." And due to the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "The wealth of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent." It is stipulated that this does not violate the terms of the electricity company, because "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
