What is the ruling on hanging promotional pictures of teeth-whitening products in a dental clinic, knowing that the pictures contain smiling faces to show the whiteness of the teeth?

If the pictures are photographs, then the fatwa we follow is that they are permissible, and there is no harm in hanging them out of necessity. It is preferable not to hang them if there is no necessity, to avoid disagreement.

However, if they are hand-drawn illustrations, the majority opinion is prohibition, which is our chosen view. It is not permissible to hang them unless the face is effaced and only the teeth remain.
