What is the correct measure for the Qunoot supplication in the Tarawih prayer?

The Imam should avoid prolonging the prayer and supplication, as it becomes difficult and burdensome for people, especially the weak and those who have work. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was angry with Mu'adh ibn Jabal for prolonging the prayer. It is also advised to sometimes omit supplication so that people do not think it is obligatory.
