To what extent is the virtue of reading "The Answered Supplication" (الدعاء المستجاب) even once in a lifetime valid?

If the intention is the supplication, "O Allah, You are the Ever-Living who never dies...", then it is fabricated and falsely attributed to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and it is not permissible to narrate it. And if the intention is the book "Ad-Du'a Al-Mustajab" (The Answered Supplication), then it is an unreliable book full of weak and fabricated hadiths and শরীয়াহ violations. Scholars like Ibn Baz and Al-Fawzan have warned against it, and they advise replacing it with reliable books of remembrance such as "Al-Wabil Al-Sayyib" by Ibn Al-Qayyim, "Al-Kalim At-Tayyib (definition)" by Ibn Taymiyyah, and "Al-Adhkar" by Al-Nawawi.
