The answer

The person suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) must disregard the obsessive thoughts, busy themselves with what benefits them, and frequently supplicate, seek ruqyah (Islamic exorcism/healing), and consult doctors. Thoughts of suicide are misguided thoughts that anger Allah, and the person with OCD must flee from them. Al-Bukhari and Muslim narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "Whoever throws himself from a mountain and kills himself will be in the Fire of Hell, throwing himself down therein abiding eternally therein forever. And whoever drinks poison and kills himself, his poison will be in his hand, which he will drink in the Fire of Hell, abiding eternally therein forever. And whoever kills himself with a piece of iron, his iron will be in his hand, which he will stab into his belly in the Fire of Hell, abiding eternally therein forever." As for the "last medicine" (referring to the last resort), it is advisable to consult specialists in the medical consultation section of the website.
