Is it permissible for a traveler to combine and shorten prayers for 30 days outside his home country in Jordan, Britain, and Germany due to the difficulty of reaching mosques and long distances?

A traveler must pray the full prayer if they reach their homeland in Jordan, whether they intend to stay for more than four days or less. As for outside Jordan, it is not permissible for someone who intends to stay for four days or more to avail themselves of travel concessions, such as shortening the four-rak'ah prayers or breaking the fast in Ramadan. This is the prevailing fatwa. Some jurists, however, consider it permissible to avail oneself of concessions unless an absolute intention of residence is made. As for combining prayers, the general principle is to perform each prayer at its appointed time, and combining two prayers while at home is not permissible according to most scholars. However, if not combining them causes hardship, then combining them is permissible to alleviate difficulty, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did in Medina so as not to cause hardship to his Ummah. It is permissible for a resident to combine prayers if they find it difficult to perform the second prayer at its appointed time or in congregation.
