Does the wife deserve alimony and 'iddah with her disobedience, betrayal, and theft of money?

The marriage is valid if it fulfills the conditions, and the virginity of the wife, or lack thereof, does not affect its validity. However, the absence of virginity may establish for the husband the right to annul the marriage, subject to specific conditions, one of which is if virginity was stipulated. In the event of a dispute between the spouses regarding the completion of the waiting period (iddah) after the husband takes his wife back, the ruling of the Sharia court is binding and resolves the dispute. A wife's departure from her husband's home without a legitimate excuse is considered nushuz (rebellion), which forfeits her right to maintenance.
