Is it permissible for a woman to stipulate to her husband that he forsake her in bed if he wishes to marry another, while their marriage continues to protect the family atmosphere for the children?

A woman is not permitted to stipulate to her husband that he refrain from intercourse with her if he takes another wife, as this condition is void because it contradicts the essence of the marriage contract. However, she is permitted to stipulate to him that he not take another wife. Likewise, a wife is permitted to relinquish her right to equal division (of nights) to her co-wife, with the husband's consent.
