What is the ruling on a person afflicted with hemorrhoids praying in the mosque if going there causes the emission of an impure fluid after purification, and what about Friday prayer?

If a sick person is certain that praying at home prevents urinary incontinence, then he should pray at home, and the congregational prayer is waived for him, because praying with certain purity takes precedence over congregational prayer. However, if the incontinence afflicts him in all circumstances, then there is no benefit in his praying at home. Rather, he should do what a person with incontinence does: take precautions and perform ablution after the time for prayer begins. He must attend the Friday prayer, and he may perform ablution before zawal (midday) based on the opinion of the Hanbalis. His purification is valid according to the Malikis, who hold that continuous ritual impurity does not nullify purification.
