Should one who suffers from urinary incontinence pray congregational prayers in the mosque, perform 'Umrah and pray in the Two Holy Mosques, and perform Hajj?

A person afflicted with urinary incontinence may pray in the mosque in congregation, and in the Two Holy Mosques, and may perform Hajj and Umrah. There is no harm in that. They must perform ablution (wudu') for each prayer after its time has entered, and pray with that ablution as much as they wish until that time exits, according to the majority of scholars. The Malikis do not consider this obligatory unless they intentionally invalidate their ablution. If they intend to perform circumambulation (tawaf) for Hajj or Umrah, they should perform ablution after the time for the prayer during which they will circumambulate has entered, and their purity is not invalidated except by the exit of that time. They must take precautions by tying a cloth to prevent the spread of impurity.
