Will the Hajj not be counted for people of this group, and what is the ruling on the Hajj of one who does not know about that?

The categorization of pilgrims into different classes has no bearing on the validity of the Hajj. Whoever fulfills the pillars and obligations of Hajj and avoids its prohibitions, their Hajj is valid.
