Does the Prophet’s saying: "Whoever performs Hajj and does not commit Rafath or Fusooq will return from his sins as on the day his mother gave birth to him" include the pilgrim to the exclusion of others?

The answer depends on whether the man performed Hajj for himself or on behalf of someone else. If he performed Hajj on behalf of someone else and had not yet performed Hajj for himself, he would not attain the reward mentioned in the Hadith. However, if his intention was to benefit his brother and fulfill his need, then Allah Almighty will reward him.
