What is the ruling that God would be pleased with in my situation, given that I face a conflict between the financial need for marriage and its costs, and maintaining prayer on time, and avoiding usurious borrowing, along with my desire for my wife not to work?

If it is highly probable that one will not be able to observe the prayer times in the second job, then it is not permissible to take it, because delaying the prayer beyond its prescribed time is among the grave sins. Whoever abandons something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better. Know that obedience to Allah and piety are among the reasons for an increase in sustenance and blessings, as Allah the Almighty said: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect." Striving in supplication and striving against oneself to seek what is right, Allah will grant success and aid, as Allah the Almighty said: "And those who strive for Us - We will surely guide them to Our ways."
