What is the ruling on praying Fajr on time, with tayammum, when there is a clear danger, such as fear of scorpions and snakes, the water is far away, and there is no lighting?

If water can be brought during the day without harm, then bring it and perform ablution with it for Fajr prayer, which is what some jurists have made obligatory. If that is not possible, and you are without water and fear harm from seeking it, then tayammum (definition) (dry ablution) is permissible; for the fear of harm to oneself is a legitimate excuse for tayammum, provided that the fear is real and not merely cowardice. It is also recommended to adhere to the prophetic supplications when arriving at a place, and the morning and evening remembrances, such as "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He created" and "Say: He is Allah, the One," and the two Mu'awwidhatayn (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas) three times in the morning and evening for protection from all evil.
