What is the recommended amount for a Qur'an memorizer to pray at night, and is it better for him to limit himself to one part for contemplation, and what do you advise him regarding the review ختمة (complete recitation) and its number of days, and what helps him to contemplate during it, and is the intention of تثبيت الحفظ (solidifying memorization) sufficient, and is it legislated for him to renew the intention with each ختمة or part?

A memorizer of the Quran is more deserving of performing Qiyam al-Layl (night prayers) and increasing their prayers therein, based on the hadith: "And a man to whom Allah has given the Quran, and he stands with it during the hours of the night and the hours of the day." The bearer of the Quran is known for their worship and diligence. It is prescribed for him to perform Qiyam al-Layl as long as it does not cause him hardship, according to the hadith: "Let each of you pray according to his energy." Reciting with the intention of reinforcing memorization is a good intention, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Maintain this Quran." This can be combined with the intention of remembrance (dhikr), contemplation (tadabbur), understanding, and action. It is recommended to read the book "Al-Tibyan fi Adab Hamalat al-Quran" by Al-Nawawi.
