The answer

All praise is due to Allah, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and companions. To proceed:

There is no obligation to inform a suitor about the past sins of the woman he intends to marry. She must repent to Allah. Repentance involves abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it, along with the obligation of concealment (of the sin). Repentance erases what came before it. However, if the woman has lost her virginity and the suitor stipulates it (virginity), then she must inform him only about the loss of virginity, without mentioning the reason. This is because virginity can be lost for many reasons, such as a leap or a heavy menstruation. And Allah knows best.
