Is it permissible to use a "gold mask" made of 24-karat gold flakes to renew and tighten skin cells?

It is permissible to use creams and masks to renew skin cells and reduce wrinkles, provided two conditions are met:

1. They are free from harm: This relies on the judgment of doctors, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There should be neither harm nor reciprocal harm." 2. Absence of extravagance: Meaning they should not be of high cost, based on Allah's Almighty saying: "And eat and drink, but be not extravagant; indeed, He likes not those who are extravagant," and based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Eat, drink, give in charity, and wear (clothes) as long as it does not involve extravagance or pride."

The use of gold in treatment is considered clear extravagance due to its high cost and frequent application, especially with the availability of natural alternatives.
