Is patience with the harm inflicted by the husband and his sisters, his attempts to marry another, and the consideration of divorce the solution to protect the son from these problems?

This husband is abusive towards his Lord, treacherous to his covenant, and neglectful of his trust, as he engages in unlawful acts. His duty is to repent, seek forgiveness, feel remorse, and abandon his current behavior. It is not permissible for him to insult his wife or her family, nor to inflict harm upon her. Any clear harm gives the wife the right to seek a divorce. As for whether to stay with him or seek a divorce, this requires studying the balance between benefit and harm, and the decision should be based on what is most suitable and preferable. This needs careful consideration, consultation, and seeking guidance through prayer (istikharah). It may also be beneficial for the wife to examine any shortcomings on her part in the marital life and address every deficiency.
