Does the Muslim's lack of discoveries diminish his worth in the sight of Allah, and do the Quranic verses that urge Muslims to reflect on the universe necessitate making discoveries?

The jurists have permitted the use of clothes, weapons, and other items produced by disbelievers because discoveries are linked to effort. If a group of Muslims specializes in fields of fard al-kifaya (communal obligation) such as medicine and exerts their effort, the sin is lifted from the Ummah. There is significant negligence among Muslims in acquiring beneficial worldly sciences, which has made them dependent on disbelievers, even though their predecessors were pioneers in these sciences.
