Do past sins, from which one has repented and no longer commits in the present, necessitate Allah's punishment?

For repentance to be accepted, specific conditions must be met. If a servant repents with sincere repentance that fulfills these conditions, their repentance is accepted, and they will not be punished for that sin. If they return to the same sin or commit another sin, these are new sins that require another repentance. Repentance from some sins is valid and accepted, while what was not repented from remains.
