What is the ruling on a person saying: "If Ramadan were all year, sins would decrease, and that would be better"?

One should not speak about what does not concern them or what they have no knowledge of. The statement "If Ramadan (definition) were all year long, evils would decrease" does not appear to contain an overt religious transgression, as the decrease of evils in Ramadan is established both religiously and by divine decree. Nevertheless, one should not assert this, because it pertains to the unseen, and no one knows what the state of people would be if they were commanded to fast for the entire year. As for the statement "And that would be better," it is more utterly false, and it contains audacity towards Allah, speaking about Him without knowledge, showing ill manners towards Him, and objecting to His law and decree. Allah alone chooses and creates, and none of His creation has the choice in His command and His law, as He Almighty said: (And your Lord creates what He wills and chooses; they have no choice. Exalted is Allah above what they associate with Him.) [Al-Qasas/68], and His saying: (It is not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided a matter, that they should [thereafter] have any choice concerning their affair;) [Al-Ahzab/36].
