There is no objection to slaughtering the ' and gifting it to a brother or anyone else in his home. There is no harm in combining the 'Aqiqah with a wedding feast (). It is recommended to distribute it, and it is stipulated that the 'Aqiqah must be sufficient as a sacrifice (Uḍḥiyah).
