What is the authenticity of the Hadith: "O Salman, do not hate me lest you abandon your religion... you hate the Arabs, so you hate me"?

The Hadith: "(O Salman! Do not hate me, lest you abandon your religion. I said: O Messenger of Allah! How can I hate you, when Allah has guided us through you? He said: You hate the Arabs, so you hate me)" was narrated by Tirmidhi and others with a weak chain of transmission, as it has two defects: Qabus ibn Abi Dhabyan is weak, and there is a断裂 in the chain between Abi Dhabyan and Salman. Abu Nu'aym also narrated it through another extremely weak chain. Therefore, Al-Mundhiri said: "It is a rejected Hadith," and Al-Albani said: "Its chain of transmission is weak." The weakness of this Hadith does not mean that the virtue of the Arab race is not established, for many Hadiths have been narrated concerning their virtue, some of which are authentic, and some are weak or fabricated.
